Our Terms


All payments are to be made through our secure online payment gateway unless otherwise specifically agreed upon in advance. After you confirm your booking a link to the gateway will be emailed to you. After payment a receipt will be automatically emailed to you. If you plan to use one of these cards, please notify us so the charge can be added. If we are not notified you might be charged separately for the 5% charge. All unpaid bookings are automatically cancelled.


All cancellations are to be made by email with as much notice as possible. However, following Icelandic business practices we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees as follows.
A full refund is given if cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled tour start.
A refund of 50% is given if cancellation is made between 24 and 72 hours prior to scheduled tour start.
No refund is given if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before scheduled tour start.
5% Amex/Diners charge is not refunded.
Please note: All activities, hotel bookings and services booked by us on our client’s behalf, but supplied by a third party are Non-refundable.
Refund is only given to the same card as used for payment. No exception.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour or change tour schedule with no refund at any given time during or before the tour, due to weather conditions, road conditions or any other conditions beyond our control or if our driver deems conditions to be unsafe.

Time limits:

When picking up at the Keflavik International Airport your driver will wait for up to 90 minutes after your flight’s confirmed landing. If you don’t show up within that time limit the driver will leave and your booking will be cancelled. In case of lost luggage etc which might hinder you from making the time limit please contact us on +354 883-4000 before the time limit is up.
​When picking up at a hotel, the Blue Lagoon etc the time limit is set to 15 minutes. After that, the driver will leave. Our drivers are dedicated to keep the time. We expect the same from our clients.


Iceland Pro Tour can in no way be held responsible for damages due to wrong information supplied by you. It’s your responsibility to keep track of your flight times and any other booking not supplied by us. In case of changes to your schedule, flight times etc. it’s your responsibility to inform us to reschedule your bookings, if possible.


Iceland Pro Tour carries all legally required insurances, both for its vehicles and as a registered Travel Agency. This means among other things that all passengers in our vehicles are covered by that vehicle’s insurance. We do however advise all travellers, be they our customers or not, to purchase additional travel insurance before traveling to Iceland.


At any time, we reserve the right to alter any tour itinerary due to weather, road conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control. This includes cancellation at any given moment during any tour in progress to ensure the safety or our clients and staff. In those circumstances driver’s decision is final.
Iceland Pro Tour does not take any responsibility for any damages, injuries, or accidents, fatal or non-fatal, caused by our client’s negligence, acts of third parties or any outside circumstances or events such as weather, road conditions, natural disasters, or any other similar causes beyond our control.
Iceland Pro Tour and its staff are dedicated to preserving and protecting the delicate nature and wildlife of Iceland. We expect the same from our clients. Therefore, our staff will never engage in off-road driving or any other activity which might damage our beautiful but delicate nature.
